Afro Nation Portugal 2025: A Global Celebration of African Excellence.

Afro Nation returns to Praia da Rocha beach in Portimão, Portugal, from 9–11 July 2025 for its landmark fifth anniversary edition. More than just a music festival, Afro Nation has become a global cultural force—uniting over 40,000 fans from 170+ countries in a vibrant celebration of African music, fashion, food, and dance.

Since its launch in 2019, Afro Nation has helped catapult artists like Burna Boy, Wizkid, and Davido to global stardom. Now, the 2025 edition is set to be its most exciting yet, with a boundary-pushing lineup that blends Afrobeats, R&B, Amapiano, and beyond.

Burna Boy – The Afro-fusion icon returns to the Afro Nation stage, bringing stadium-worthy energy to the Algarve.

Chris Brown – R&B royalty brings a crossover vibe to this year’s lineup.

Mary J. Blige – The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul adds a powerful dose of timeless R&B to this year's bill, marking a special moment for fans of soulful, emotive music.

Davido – With infectious hits and unmatched stage presence, Davido remains a festival favourite.

Tems – Making her Afro Nation headline debut, the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter brings her soulful, genre-blending sound to the beach.

The rest of the bill is stacked with a mix of rising stars and global favourites, including:
