My Problems Are Better Than Your Problems

Not every rapper deserves flowers but if you know any emcees from Leeds they probably took inspiration from Jack Jetson, a microphone veteran that stayed consistent with releases & live performances whilst others faltered.

Affiliated with multiple independent labels, including Real Life Drama (RLD) which he had tattooed onto himself, his recent drop alongside Illinformed, My Problems Are Better Than Your Problems should not be slept on; Illinformed is one of the UK’s greatest boom-bap beatmakers alongside Jack Jetson who is capable of depicting life through vivid and unique rhymes that continue to resonate in the hearts and minds of listeners beyond the borders of where he was raised in.

Just as the title says, My Problems Are Better Than Your Problems sees Jetson put his issues on a plate for fans to relate with, revealing the lighter side to his personality through explicit insights depicted in his rhymes. The project aptly follows on from Jetson & Illinformed’s quadruple releases across 2024; CamoGodSkin, Kobayashi Porcelain, Alien Rehabilitation Technology & Winter Forever. It has multiple guest features, from Leaf Dog, Datkid, Sleazy F, 1Jack & Skinny Tallss. The project dropped on April 28th, to promote it RLD dropped 2 music videos in 24 hours, for the singles Uzumaki and Starey Kid.

“I’m at a point where I’m sat on a load of projects I gotta kinda think of how and when to bring them out,” said Jack Jetson. “We made My Problems Are Better Than Your Problems a couple weeks before we dropped it, but we’re sat on quite a few projects. Another one is kinda like the third in the Camo, Kobi trilogy and another one is me, Sleazy and basically Glock and Datkid are on most of those - it’s kind of a gang project, but also I have been sat on two albums with Dumblogic for a while now, it just depends. I am constantly making shit and some come out straight away, some get sat on.”

“Also, I got a project with Datty on his beats which is shaping up to be a mad ting as well.
