R&B sensation Summer Walker has returned with a bold new single, Spend It—a sleek, satirical ode to power, pleasure, and payback. Released via LVRN/Interscope Records, the track marks a new chapter in Walker’s evolution, trading romantic vulnerability for unapologetic materialism. Two alternative versions, Diamonds & Pearls and Rent is Due, accompany the release, now available on all streaming platforms.

Opening with the biting line, “Give me the last 4 of your credit card, buy back my love, you can keep your heart,” Spend It is a silky, hypnotic take on reclaiming control. Where past tracks laid bare heartache, this one revels in luxury, revenge, and a wink of dark humour.

The accompanying video elevates the narrative into cinematic territory. Set in a lavish mansion during an exclusive private game, Walker—joined by P-Valley’s Gail Bean, Miracle Watts, Brandee Evans, Angela White, and a cameo from actor Eric Roberts—plays a glamorous ringleader orchestrating a high-stakes heist with a twist.
